Remove Midicair Toolbar with Explicit Steps

Go to the Safari menu (icon in top right of browser) -> select Preferences -> select the Security icon (a padlock) -> go to "Accept Cookies" -> hit "Never" button.

Two. Rectify database
Start menu -> Run box -> type ‘regedit’ (without quptation) -> delete entries related to midicair toolbar.
